Get your camera ready! If your little one has been reaching for your food or can put a spoon to their mouth, they may be ready for finger foods. This major milestone comes with plenty of silly, messy faces you’ll be looking back at for years. On the flip side, eating solid foods will cause mom and dad to worry. Fears of allergic reactions and other hazards that come with eating solid foods may set in.
When picking your baby’s first foods make sure to provide a variety of choices to help them develop a healthy diet. Foods should be able to be broken into small pieces and easily dissolved.
